3. ASPCA: The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Helping alleviate injustice and prevent cruelty toward animals by starting shelters, presenting emergency pet preparedness programs, rescuing animals from abuse, and sharing resources with shelters across the country.

4. Habitat for Humanity: New Orleans

The HABITAT FOR HUMANITY mission is to build houses in partnership with sponsors, volunteers, communities, and homeowner families, whereby families are empowered to transform their own lives.  In New Orleans, they seek to eliminate poverty housing in the New Orleans area while serving as a catalyst to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action
